These terms cover Tech Swamy's internal tools, including the Tech Swamy Publisher at socials.techswamy.com. They are provided for use by Tech Swamy and the people it authorises, for accounts Tech Swamy owns.
- YouTube. The Tech Swamy Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Other platforms. Content published to Instagram is subject to Meta's Terms.
- Your content. You are responsible for what you publish through the tools, and you must have the rights to it.
- Access. Accounts are by invitation. Tech Swamy can remove access at any time.
- No warranty. The tools are provided as they are, without guarantees of availability. Tech Swamy is not liable for losses from scheduling or publishing failures, to the extent the law allows.
- Privacy. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
- Changes. Tech Swamy may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
